The Salisbury Cathedral is has the tallest spire in UK, stands 123m. There is a huge medieval clock inside that was built in the 1300s. The huge clockwork is running though.
The historic site of Old Sarum. See the markings off the castle wall, that is where the original cathedral was. But of course the whole city is now shifted to where the current Salisbury is.
Contemporary art. the deadly kiss of Judah.
Stonehenge. Ring of enormous stones from the mountains of Wales, built 5000 years ago. What is it used for? Astronomical or religious uses? What I have learnt is that there is human intelligence then. Great human intelligence. Before the Flood, humans are smart, they are made in the image of God, we are smart.
The Avebury stone circle. The scale of stone circle is so much bigger compared to the Stonehenge. Nevertheless, people love the crowds, but I don't. It's worth taking the long bus ride there.
